Qualification : Engineer – Mechanical/Automobile/Mechatronics/Computer Science (In Priority Sequence) + MBA HR or Operations/MSW – HR.

Qualifications and Skills


  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in organizational development or a related field.
  • Knowledge of OD concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess organizational needs and design appropriate interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of organizational development.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with clients to analyze their organizational needs and design effective interventions to enhance performance.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and programs to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on organizational development practices and methodologies.
  • Facilitate workshops and training programs to build capabilities within client organizations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of OD initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational development and apply them to client engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in all OD-related matters.
