We require 1 staff for daily operational work in Bank’s Digital Banking Department. This work would involve responding to queries raised by various branches via email, helpdesk portal or over calls. The queries would pertain to various channels like Fast tag, gift card, Internet banking, Mobile banking, UPI etc. Please also note that other related work may be allotted as per department’s need.

Experience – 2-3 years

Salary – Rs. 15,000- 20,000/month
