Responsibilities
* Typical Customer Support role.Addressing the queries and grievances of Customers within the stipulated timeline * Must have knowledge in BFSI Industry.
Languages
Excellent English, B2 Quality
Minimum Qualification
Master's Degree Preferable, UG can also be considered
Rounds of Interviews:
HR Round, Assessment, OPS and Client round
Salary
2LPA- 4.5LPA
Work Location and Mode
Chennai, Perungalathur- Shriram Gateway
Work days
5 days, 24*7 Process- Rotational week off and shift
Work hours
Any 9 hours including one hour break- Cab will be provided. Candidates must be within the boundary limits.
