Job Profile:

ü  Design and implement automated solutions in Microsoft Access and Excel to streamline data collection, processing, and reporting.

ü  Develop, maintain, and optimize Access databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

ü  Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reports.

ü  Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using Excel, incorporating formulas, pivot tables, and charts.

ü  Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

ü  Provide support and training to end-users on Access and Excel automation tools and processes.

ü  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes and databases.
