Job Title: Marketing Manager (Digital & On-Ground)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital marketing strategies and on-ground marketing tactics. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can effectively manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence, drive website traffic, and increase customer engagement.

2. Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

3. Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize conversion rates.

4. Create compelling content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.

5. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and foster positive relationships with customers.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials, for on-ground marketing initiatives.

7. Plan and coordinate on-ground marketing events, such as seminars, workshops, and trade shows, to connect with potential customers and promote our services.

8. Evaluate the effectiveness of on-ground marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results and ROI.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

10. Supervise and mentor marketing team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of online advertising platforms, social media management tools, and website analytics.

3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive results and achieve business objectives.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.

5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.

7. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.

8. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

9. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

10. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
