Job description - LG

·         Role: Customer Support.

·         Industry Type- BPO.

·         Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.

·         Education Qualification- Intermediate or Any Graduation.

·         Work Location: Secunderabad. (Work from Office)

·         6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)

·         Pure dayshifts only.

·         CTC Fresher’s & Experienced- Rs. 2,20,000 LPA (Malayalam) – With basic English and computer knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Handle customer calls and provide information.

·         Explaining about products.

·         Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.

·         Handling enquiry and service calls.

·         Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers. 

Eligibility Criteria: -

1. Basic English and good communication skills in Malayalam.

2. Fresher’s and experienced can apply.

3. Sales experience would be an advantage.

4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.

5. Immediate Joiners preferred.

6.No cab facility.
