Job Description:

As a Loan Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing loan

applications in accordance with the regulations and guidelines established by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and relevant Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) regulations. Your

responsibilities will include processing loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory

requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to borrowers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process loan applications while ensuring compliance with RBI and NBFC regulations. Verify the completeness and accuracy of all required documentation, including KYC (Know Your Customer) documents and income verification

• Adhere to RBI guidelines and NBFC regulations throughout the loan application process. Stay updated on changes to regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to lending activities.

• Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements in compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare reports as needed for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for borrowers, providing assistance and guidance throughout the loan application process. Communicate effectively to ensure borrowers understand the terms and conditions of their loans and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
