Job title: Customer Support Executive / Customer Relation Executive

Work Location: Chennai

Division/Department: Sales

Preferred Industry : Banking, NBFC, Mutual Fund, Domestic BPO company, Insurance is preferred

• Looking for a passionate and experienced individual with Preferably personal loan products

selling experience to join us as a Customer Support Executive with good interpersonal and

convincing skills and an understanding of the products and services

• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.

• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

• Responsible for the closure of sales and completing the assignments.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as Customer / Customer Relation or relevant role.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and information systems;
• Strong collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust amongst

colleagues;

• High sense of accountability and proactive work style;
