Job Description
Need to be flexible with working at office– Hyderabad
Work Location : Hyderabad
Experience : Min 6months to 2yrs
The criteria should be excellent communication skills in terms of verbal with skilled in customer service from International Voice & Chat support.
Qualification :
- High School or Undergraduate Degree
- Knowledge of Client Product to Support
- Min 6months of experience in a Customer Service Facing Role
Description :
- 6 Months Customer Support Experience
- Meeting KPI targets of current Client role
- No current documentation for behavioural/professionalism or absenteeism issues
- Experience in [Voice/Messaging/Chat Support]
- Previous experience in Customer Service preferably on the Hospitality industry
Language :
Language requirement depending on the region - e.g., B2 proficiency
level
