Job Overview:
We are looking for a Junior HR Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The role is full-time and requires a dedicated professional with a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, contributing to the overall growth and success of our clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Ability to effectively source potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Candidate Screening (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in screening resumes to identify suitable candidates for interviews.
- HR recruiter (Mandatory skill): Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices to manage recruitment effectively.
- Interviewing: Competence in conducting face-to-face and virtual interviews, assessing candidates' fit for the role.
- Negotiation: Skillful in negotiating job offers and compensation packages with potential candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams.
- Talent Acquisition: Expertise in identifying, attracting, and appointing suitable candidates to meet client requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
- Creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screening resumes and application forms to identify potential candidates for interviews.
- Arranging interview schedules and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducting initial interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' qualifications and suitability.
- Managing the offer process, including negotiating terms and conditions of employment.
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future reference and opportunities.
- Providing regular updates to clients and internal teams on recruitment status and progress.
