•       Job Description: Customer Service Associates

•       Skillset: Basic sales and service skills with a minimum of 6 months of experience or freshers, with a strong attention to detail.

•       Responsibilities:

•       Build relationships with existing customers.

•       Adhere to the Code of Conduct prescribed by Conneqt & the Client.

•       Follow the processes and procedures laid down by Conneqt & the Client.

•       Achieve set targets in line with client SLAs.

•       Qualification : Considered Graduate/Undergraduate resources

•       Language: Hindi/ Vernacular Languages

•       Operation Window: 9am- 6 pm, 6 days in week.

•       Location: Alandur, Chennai- 600032

Salary: 15k to 20k ctc
