Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer support executive.
- Call handling skills both in English & Hindi
- Knowledge and experience in BPO voice in banking
- Excellent communication skills to manage customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduates only.
- Min 18 months BPO banking experience with customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- DAY SHIFT - 8:00am to 8:00pm any 9 hours shifts.
- Attractive salary as per industry standards
- 5 days working
- Rotational offs.
