Matrimony firm located in Chennai, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting our products and solutions to potential clients in Chennai and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with a Junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The successful candidate will have a strong background in field sales and a proven track record of surpassing sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in any product sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Graduation not a mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
• Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our services
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and maximize upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
