Position: Senior ERPNext/Frappe Developer   

Experience: 3+ Years   

Location: Chennai, India   

Job Type: 3months contract, Onsite   

Working Days: 6 days a week   

Job Responsibilities: 

- Lead the development, customization, and deployment of ERPNext solutions 

tailored to meet Agnikul Cosmos' operational needs. 

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements 

and translate them into technical specifications. 

- Design and implement new modules, workflows, and reports within the Frappe 

framework. 

- Optimize and maintain the existing ERPNext system to ensure high performance, 

reliability, and scalability. 

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team 

members. 

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERPNext and Frappe in a timely 

manner. 

- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of ERPNext with 

other business systems. 

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ERPNext/Frappe 

development. 

Key Requirements: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and managing 

ERPNext/Frappe applications. 

- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and related web technologies. 

- In-depth knowledge of the Frappe framework, including customization and 

extension of ERPNext modules. 

- Experience database management. 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines. 

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React.js is a plus.
