Job Description: 

As a Senior Automation Tester at Company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our ERP products built using the Frappe framework and React.js. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for ERP products. 

- Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and 

functionalities. 

- Identify, document, and track defects and issues in a bug-tracking system. 

- Perform regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing. 

- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data. 

- Review and analyze test results, providing feedback to the development team. 

- Ensure that all automated tests are up-to-date and provide accurate results. 

- Continuously improve the automation framework to enhance test coverage and 

efficiency. 

- Work on-site at our Chennai office 6 days a week. 

Qualifications: 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

- 3+ years of experience in automation testing. 

- Strong proficiency in writing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, 

JUnit, TestNG, or similar. 

- Experience with testing ERP products, particularly those built using the Frappe 

framework and React.js. 

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. 

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 

Preferred Skills: 

- Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SOAP UI. 

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. 

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
