We are a leading foreign education consultancy, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Education Counsellors. As an Education Counsellor, you will play a vital role in guiding students through the process of pursuing higher education opportunities abroad. This position is suitable for freshers who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study abroad options, including course selection, university selection, and application process.

2. Build and maintain relationships with sub-agents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

3. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and assist them in making informed decisions about their education plans.

4. Stay updated on educational programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes for various international institutions.

5. Assist students in preparing application materials, including essays, recommendation letters, and resumes, while adhering to university guidelines.

6. Conduct seminars, workshops, and information sessions to educate students and parents about overseas education opportunities.

7. Monitor and track students' progress throughout the application and admission process, providing necessary guidance and support.

8. Stay informed about changes in immigration regulations, visa processes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

9. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes using CRM software or other designated systems.

10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and participate in recruitment events, both online and offline.

11. Stay updated on global education trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities to enhance the services provided by Planet Education.
