Communication: Fluency in English with additional language Tamil/ Telugu / Kannada/ Hindi.

 Looking for a passionate and experienced individual with Preferably personal loan products

selling experience to join us as a Customer Support Executive with good interpersonal and

convincing skills and an understanding of the products and services

 Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.

 Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

 Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

 Responsible for the closure of sales and completing the assignments.

Required Skills:

 Proven experience as Customer / Customer Relation or relevant role.

 Excellent organizational and leadership skills;

 Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;

 Excellent knowledge of MS Office and information systems;

 Strong collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust amongst

colleagues;
