·         3+ Years of experience in response scripting.

·         Exposure to customize responses.

·         Identifying legal jargons & handling complaints.

·         Previous experience in handling escalations.

·         Preferably worked for any US Client.

·         Should be smart enough to identify escalations route & nullify them.

·         Open to working in Night shift & WFO

·         Rotational Week-Off
