As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a talented Outbound Channel Partner Specialist to join our dynamic team.


Job Overview:

As an Outbound Channel Partner Specialist, you will drive our company's growth through strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, onboard, and manage channel partners globally to increase product adoption and market reach. You will collaborate closely with our sales,marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


• Research and identify potential channel partners, including resellers, system integrators,

consultants, and other relevant entities.

• Conduct outreach to potential partners, articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products,

and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Provide comprehensive training and on boarding sessions to channel partners, enabling them to effectively sell and support our SaaS solutions.

• Educate partners on our product features, benefits, target customer profiles, and competitive

differentiators.

• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive loyalty, engagement, and

collaboration.

• Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely support.

• Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales strategies that align with

business objectives and maximize revenue opportunities.

• Set clear performance targets and metrics for partners, and track their progress regularly to

ensure achievement of sales goals.

• Gather feedback from channel partners about market trends, customer needs, and competitive

intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.

• Prepare regular reports and analysis on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue

contributions to support data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • • Proven track record of 2-3 years of successful experience in channel partner management,
  • preferably in the SaaS industry or related technology sectors.
  • • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and the dynamics of channel partnerships.
  • • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build productive relationships with partners globally.
  • • Demonstrated ability to work independently, takes initiative, and manages multiple partners
  • simultaneously.
  • • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data to drive performance
  • improvements.
  • • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.


Salary : Up to 4 L PA
