Job Description: As a Business Development Manager specializing in educational loans at Edufin,you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the education finance market. You will be responsible for identifying strategic partnerships, cultivating

relationships with educational institutions, and delivering tailored loan solutions that meet the needs of students and their families.


Locations : Chennai, Bangalore & Vijayawada

Notice Period : Immediate



Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the educational finance sector.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue objectives.

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with educational institutions, including schools,

colleges, universities, and vocational training providers.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their financing needs and tailor loan solutions to meet the requirements of students and parents.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, financial aid offices, and student advisors to promote our loan products and services.

• Conduct presentations, workshops, and informational sessions to educate stakeholders about our loan offerings and benefits.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the fintech or financial services industry, with a focus on educational loans or related products.

• Strong understanding of the education finance landscape, including student loans, tuition financing, and financial aid programs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and industry associations.

• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
