∙Participate in requirements gathering sessions and contribute to the development of
functional specifications.
∙Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify and
document business needs, user stories and translate them into user stories/ use cases/
functional specifications.
∙Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure
project alignment with business needs.
∙Conduct Business Process Testing and validate efforts, including UAT, to ensure
system functionality and user satisfaction.
∙Support UAT and user training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of new
Application functionalities.
∙Provide support to end-users during system go-live and post-implementation phases,
addressing issues and providing training as needed.
∙Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and
methodologies.
