Job Description:
Role: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: Must in MBA (Finance)/ CMA (ICWQ)/ CA
Years of Experience: 2 to 5yrs
Budget: as per industry norms
Principal responsibilities –
1. Maintaining accurate records of all daily transactions
2. Raising Sales Invoices based on signed contracts and agreements
3. Recording of Accounts receivable and payables
4. Processing of Invoices and making payments to Vendors.
5. Ensuring all receipts and payments are accurately recorded
6. Reconciliation of Bank Statements.
7. Ensuring required MIS is sent for Sales, Debtors ageing etc. to relevant stakeholders.
8. Participating in Statutory audit and assistance in completion of audit.
9. Assisting in preparation of Financial Statements such as Profit & loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc.
10. Ensuring all Statutory Compliances namely –GST returns, Payments and reconciliation
TDS payments, reconciliation and returns Provident Fund Compliances Companies Act compliances- liasoning with Company Secretary for Secretarial compliances.
Requirements:
1. Sound knowledge of Financial and Accounting procedures.
2. Experience of using Accounting Software – Knowledge of TALLY
3. MS OFFice Skills – Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint
4. Knowledge of Financial regulations
5. Excellent Analytical and numerical Skills.
6. Ethically Strong with ability to manage confidential information.
