Role : Architect to work on Architectural projects of Residential and commercial buildings

Location : Chennai (Anna Nagar)

NOTE : Work from Office

Duties :

Follow Constructability and Architectural standards on the assigned

projects.

Deliver the projects as per client expectations on AutoCAD and 3ds max

software.

Responsible for overall performance of the assigned projects.

Overall quality of deliverables to the clients, on the assigned projects.

Delivery of projects as per clients expectations.

Client Coordination:

Capture and analyze the client requirements directly.

Deliver the projects to clients as per the schedule.

Primary point of contact for all project scope related items, on the

assigned projects, along with the Lead Architect.

Project Delivery

Work as per client expectations on the assigned projects along with the

Lead Architect.

Skillset:

3ds Max

AutoCAD

Working knowledge on Residential Buildings, Commercial, Institutional,

Industrial, Hospitality and Mixed-use buildings.

Qualification: B. Arch / M. Arch

Experience: Overall 5 to 10 years of experience as Architect.
