Job Title: AI/ML Solution Architect

Location: Chennai / Remote-India

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 8 to 10 Years of relevant IT experience (Minimum 4 to 5 years in Data Science,

AI/ML)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Architect, design and implement to solve complex AI/ML solutions

that align with business objectives and integrate with existing systems. Also develop

and apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques on large datasets.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and

translate them into technical specifications.

• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams in AI/ML technologies

solutions and best practices.

• Project Management: Manage AI/ML projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring

they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

• Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML trends and technologies, driving innovation

within the organization.

• Model Optimization: Optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and

reliability.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for AI/ML solutions,

including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals.

Create appropriate business value centric case studies, based on the actual projects

that have been executed.

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and end-users on

AI/ML tools and solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture including RAG, LLM

solutions, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.

• Expertise in programming languages such as Python or Java.

• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and Python AI libraries (e.g.,

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, Keres, matplotlib, scikit-learn).

• Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised AI learning techniques.

• Expertise in training and retraining AI models.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their AI/ML services such as

Claude, Bedrock, and other solutions such as GPT and NLP.

• Hands-on experience with creating AI prototypes for specific use cases.

• Should be well versed in creating solutions in response to customer’s RFIs/RFPs.

• Adept in Presentation material preparation and doing client presentations.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
