Work Experience : 10-15 Years of relevant experience
System Knowledge : MS Office/Oracle NetSuite ERP/SAP/Oracle Finance.
Working experience with : US/ME/UK/LATAM based MNCs
Annual CTC : As per Industry Standard
Key responsibilities
• Managing the overall accounting and finance operations of one or more entities with a small team consisting of three or four.
• Responsible for internal or external reporting to satisfy both local and global stakeholders
• Closing of books of account and finalization of Financial Statement as per IndAS/IFRS & IGAAP
• Preparing analysis of Revenue, Cost & GP Margin MoM, QoQ & YoY
• Responsible for Statutory Compliances, including Payroll related compliances of country of operation, STPI Reporting & Compliance
• Handling the periodical financial reporting, actuals, forecasts, budgets, comparison, etc Pre requisites
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
• Awareness of business trends
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
• Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards
• Expert knowledge in MS office
• Experience in Oracle NetSuite software is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
