Admission Counsellor:

Meet and greet parents/students.

Works to increase inquiries and converts applications 

To exhibit superior customer service skills and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with students including interviews, phone and email enquiries and information sessions.

Welcome prospective students/parents by counselling, processing paperwork; conducting campus tours; conducting eligibility tests, follow-up activities and other tasks related to student recruitment.

To ensure information accuracy and appropriate records management in line with the school protocols by accepting ownership & ensuring information compliance.

Marketing:

Assist Marketing team in identifying the target audience/areas.

Assist in creating and implementing marketing/recruitment strategies to reach prospective students through events, referrals, online and print communications and outreaches to businesses & organisations.

Assist in organising marketing events in the apartments

Parent Relationship

Be the point of contact for parents to ensure parents are satisfied and are an active part of the students learning journey

Interact with all parents at least half yearly to ensure retention and early detection and solving of issues (if any)

Working with parents and staff to be ambassadors of the school
