  1. Pre-sales Engagement:
  • Conduct pre-sales consultations to understand clients' communication needs and goals.
  • Demos for potential clients on the value and features of WhatsApp Business API and other Caprus Digital services.
  • Deliver customized, interactive product demonstrations tailored to client-specific use cases.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through social media platforms, telecalling, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of WhatsApp Business API solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to address client-specific requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support during the transition to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay abreast of CPaaS trends and advancements, particularly related to WhatsApp Business API, Cloud PBX, and RCS solutions.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or pre-sales, preferably within the CPaaS or digital communication space.
  • Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API functionalities and use cases.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation via social media platforms and telecalling. Preferable Females only
