Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process patient insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Serve as a liaison between the hospital, patients, and insurance companies to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of insurance claims and related documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Analyze and assess claims data to identify trends, discrepancies, and any necessary adjustments for efficient processing.
• Resolve issues related to denied or underpaid claims by coordinating with relevant parties and ensuring corrective actions.
• Stay updated with changes in insurance policies and regulations to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff and administrative teams to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of insurance operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients by addressing inquiries and assisting with insurance claim concerns.
