The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in neurosurgery, with a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. • Minimum 7 years of experience in neurosurgery, with substantial experience in complex surgical procedures involving the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and train junior doctors and medical staff effectively.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the capability to work under pressure and manage high-stakes situations efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in neurosurgical techniques and technologies.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and managing neurological disorders and related medical conditions.
• In-depth knowledge of surgical best practices, as well as preoperative and postoperative patient care.
• A mandatory skill in neurosurgery, essential for performing diverse and complex neurosurgical operations efficiently (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities
