Job description: A President Technical Head - Solar is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance for solar energy projects within a company. They are responsible for developing and implementing solar energy strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives. They also oversee the solar design and project management teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. They are also responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing technical leadership and guidance for solar energy projects within the company
• Developing and implementing solar energy strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives
• Managing the solar design and project management teams, including overseeing resource allocation and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Identifying opportunities for new solar energy projects and developing proposals for new business
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies related to solar energy systems
• Developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts for solar energy projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in solar energy, with at least 15 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, electrical solar battery systems, and related electrical systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Proven track record of successfully managing solar energy projects from concept to completion
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement solar energy strategies that align with overall business goals
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards related to solar energy systems
