Sr.Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Agrochemical Industry in Gujarat.

Job Title: Executive - Sr. Engineer Maintenance

Department: Maintenance

Experience Required: 6 to 15years

Qualification:- BE/ B. Tech Mechanical

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)

·         Erection, installation and commissioning of various types of static and rotary, utilities equipment & its piping work.

·       Coordination with other engineering disciplines for smooth and efficient implementation of the project, engineering consultant for timely delivery of construction drawings for proper sequence of project activities, procurement and operation to ensure completion of the project on time.

·         Preparing piping BOQ from P& ID and checking and review/verifying AUTOCAD & PDMS generated equipment layouts, Piping GA’s, isometrics and models. Documents review and checking like MDS, MR, Design Basis, PMS/VDS,P&ID, Equipment G.A, Structure G.A, Piping G.A, and Isometric.

·         Handling/supervising of contractor’s, Evaluating and discuss with team for work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.

·         Inspection of various equipment like reactor, tank, utility equipment’s and submit report to Head - Project.

·         Planning, scheduling & monitoring activities for timely completion of projects within time, quality, cost & budget parameters. Manpower planning and handling. Preparation of expense budget.

·         Should be well versed with various code and standard like ASTM, ASME B31.3, ASME 16.5,16.11,16.19 etc.

·         Bill verifications/ measurement checking as per tender conditions.

·         Prepared All types of documents related to job (Daily Report, Material Inventory Status, BOM, BOQ), giving instructions for usage of safety equipments During job execution to prevent accidents. Conduct tool box talk before new work starts. Instruct Usage of PPEs.,

·         Actively manages projects from the field, addressing issues that arise during construction and providing resolution at

Educational and Qualification Requirement (Please mention in below table)

·         BE/ B. Tech Mechanical and related field or equivalent work experience (6+ Years of exp in Agrochemicals / chemicals in Green field/brown field Projects will be an advantage)..

·         Should have good communication, Analytical and behavioural skills
