Sales & Marketing Executive (Male)-5 Day Working - Sector 47 Gurgaon

We are looking for a Subscription Lead who can join our team - someone who can execute and develop our subscription growth strategy and drive subscriber engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention, revenue growth, and overall business success. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, analyze customer data, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention, and increase revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for the business, and to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through personalized communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the product team to provide feedback on product features, pricing, and positioning.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop sales forecasts and projections.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a subscription-based service.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
