Responsibilities:-

·        Responsible for sales & Marketing of the company among builders.

·        To Deal & develop relations with the builder and convince them to specify their needed products.

·        Actively participating in the product development planning of marketing strategies & systems.

·        Support and coordinate with the whole Channel and Distribution process.

·        Maintaining and managing accounts of the builders and also responsible for payment 

collection. 

·        Time to Time Settlement of builder Claims & Issues.

·        Visit Architects & Builders for relation development.

·        Activity Planning at Architect and Builders as a part of the promotion

·        Project Dealing & tracking the upcoming projects around the assigned area.

·        Formulating & implementing strategies related to our products through 

Institutional sales.

·        Need to travel locally to generate the business from the builders.

·        Compiling & maintaining list of Tier- I, II & III builders.
