Position summary“A health coach works as a partner with women who want to improve their health and well-being, many times by making big changes in their lifestyles. Rather than counselling or advising, a health coach supports and collaborates with a client as an equal partner.”

As a representative, health coach will be a patient’s ally, navigator and a

cheerleader through the digital program. She will be responsible for evaluating and improving clients' health and wellness. The responsibilities of a health coach include assessing clients' health needs, coaching clients on how to improve their health,developing health care plans and providing administrative support by helping them navigate effectively through the digital program

Duties and Responsibilities

.Conducting initial evaluations on the client requirements and issues

▪ Developing health care plans tailored to each client's needs and in line with the digital program

▪ Providing guidelines to reduce or eliminate unhealthy behaviours.

▪ Working with other health care providers like OB/GYNs, fertility experts and other medical auxiliary staff

▪ Supporting clients in their recovery or rehabilitation.

▪ Resolving patient queries related to program modules, providing guidance as the patient navigates through the digital program

▪ Helping patients navigate and connect with healthcare providers, setting up patient appointments with health care providers
