FIELD RESEARCH ANALYST (SURVEYOR)

Job Description:

• The Surveyor will research, compile, and analyse information on the commercial Office Floor including MNCs, Banks that are going to be vacated or shifted from the floor.

• Surveyors have to find the new Upcoming Sites for Dismantling and Reinstatement Works on floors.

• Visit the Site and observe every detail over the Site along with the valuable inventories available on site.

• Prepare the inventory list and obtain the best market rate for the same.

• Evaluate the Current Values of every material available on the Site.

• The analyst has to promote the company and its services to Clients in order to procure new projects in Companies.

• Briefing the Observed Facts and details to the Higher management and Project Managers.
