Job Description

●        Manage Customer enquiry on whatsapp, facebook, Instagram and email

●        Resolve customer quality issues by coordinating with warehouse for replacement

●        Resolve customer shipment issues by following up with Ship rocket

●        Maintain a list of complaints to identify customer feedback

●        Ensure all compaints are resolved in a timely manner

Requirements:

●        Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

●        Ideally has worked in customer care role before

●        Comfortable taking to clients
