Job Description:

 Identify prospective “Corporate Clients” to offer Financial Advisory services in “Corporate finance and Debt syndication” (focus on Emerging & Mid-size Corporate clients, Turnover above Inr 200Crores)

 Advise Emerging to Mid-size corporate clientele on Banking solutions like Working capital limits /Term Loans / ECB’s /Project Finance /Trade Finance and other financial products suitable to client Business requirement

 Sound knowledge of Credit Appraisal techniques, Bank lending norms, Business & Financial analysis tools – CMA’s, Preparing Information Memorandum

 Competence to understand macro & micro economic conditions, sector specific industry prospects & financial markets developments locally & internationally and its impact on lending

 Responsible for Achievement of Annual Targets – on-boarding specific number of clients, with adequate support from Senior Consultants

 Ensure continuous Business pipeline through new client acquisition and build robust business pipeline within Delhi/NCR

 Good confidence level & negotiation skills to interact with CEO’s, CFO’s, MD’s of Corporates

 Good Financial analysis and balance sheet comprehension skills for gauging quality of credit

transactions and building healthy business pipeline

 Should be energetic & aggressive; have good communication and presentation skills

 Should have good subject knowledge
