Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team in Patna. This is a full-time role requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the recruitment process, performance management, and ensuring HR compliance. This position is essential in fostering a positive work environment and supporting our employees in various HR-related functions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Performance Management (Mandatory skill): Skilled in assessing and managing employee performance through structured processes and evaluations.
  • HR Compliance (Mandatory skill): Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance requirements to ensure the company adheres to legal standards.
  • Employee Relations: Ability to foster positive relationships between employees and management, addressing any questions or concerns effectively.
  • Training and Development: Experience in developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Understanding of compensation strategies and benefit programs to ensure competitive and fair offerings.
  • Conflict Resolution: Competence in managing and resolving workplace conflicts through mediation and effective communication.
  • HRIS Management: Proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applicants, facilitating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including setting performance standards, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date records and policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support employee growth and professional development.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the company's goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
  • Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that support the company's objectives and enhance employee satisfaction.
