We are hiring for Senior HR Executive(Construction) profile at Thaltej, Ahmedabad location.
Responsibilities:
- MANAGE THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS, INCLUDING JOB POSTINGS, SCREENING CANDIDATES, SCHEDULING INTERVIEWS, AND EXTENDING JOB OFFERS.
- ONBOARDING, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- MONITORING AND MAINTAINING INTERNAL HR SYSTEMS AND DATABASES
- MAINTAINING RECORDS AND DOCUMENTATION OF EMPLOYEES
- PAYROLL HANDLING
- SUPPORTING BASIC BACK-OFFICE ACTIVITIES
Qualifications:
- KNOWLEDGE OF HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) PRACTICES AND PRINCIPLES
- EXPERIENCE IN HR MANAGEMENT AND POLICY IMPLEMENTATION
- FAMILIARITY WITH EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
- STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
- ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE
- DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES
