Job Overview:
A Real Estate Sales Executive, is someone who assists clients in the buying and selling of property. The main responsibilities of a Real Estate Sales Executive include drafting up offers for home sales, providing guidance to clients, and working with clients to get their homes ready to sell.
Responsibilities:
· Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
· Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
· Nurturing leads to convert them to clients and firm deals
· Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
· Maintaining ongoing client relationships and networking for repeat business
· Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
· Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions
· Delivering exceptional customer service to drive buyer satisfaction
· Staying updated on real estate trends and news
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role
· Expert knowledge of the real estate market and best practices
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills
· Exceptional verbal as well as written communication skills.
