Job Title: Sales Manager (B2B)


Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of the sales team and strategic development of B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.


Responsibilities:


1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

2.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of B2B sales representatives to exceed targets and KPIs.

3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with key clients and partners.

4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

5. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

6. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in B2B sales.

8. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, systems, and tools.

9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least X years of experience in a sales leadership role.

3. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth.

6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

9. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

10. Flexibility to travel as needed.
