Business Development Executive
Role and Responsibilities:
1.Identifying New Business Opportunities - Develop new business relationships, and generate and negotiate new revenue opportunities for the company.
2.Client Relationship Management - Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and potential partners. This involves regular communication and engagement, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing any issues or concerns.
3.Market Analysis - Perform market research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
4. Strategy Development - Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
5. Cross-functional Team Coordination - Collaborate with internal teams (like marketing, sales, and product development) to create and implement business strategies, streamline business operations, and enhance customer satisfaction.
6.Negotiation - Develop and negotiate contracts; manage and close deals to maximize profits.
7. Reporting - Prepare and present regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
· Proven minimum 2 years’ experience in business development,
sales, or a relevant role.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
· Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
· Familiarity with relevant software and platforms.
· Strategic thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
· Strong understanding of industry and market trends.
· Flexible with shift timing
