We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our company by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating revenue and achieving sales targets, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends.
• Looking for new sales opportunities via online and offline channels
• Work with Channel Partners and generate leads & opportunities
• Setting up meetings with new clients & following up with Banks and NBFCs in setting up Limits

2. Develop and implement sales strategies

3.Cultivate and nurture client relationships

4.Lead partnership development efforts

5.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities:

Qualifications:

• Domain - Must be familiar with Working Capital Products for Business
• Educational Qualifications- Preferably CA/ CFA level 1 at least
• 2+ years of working experience in Financial Services or Accounting & Audit functions
