Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill) is crucial for managing and analyzing financial data efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) to interact with clients and team members and convey financial insights clearly.
  • Experience with Tally (Mandatory skill) for maintaining accurate accounts and facilitating smooth financial transactions.
  • Solid foundation in bookkeeping to ensure meticulous and organized financial records.
  • Capability to manage accounts payable processes and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Experience in accounts receivable functions to monitor incoming funds and manage invoices efficiently.
  • Proficiency in bank reconciliation to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial records are accurate.
  • Accurate data entry skills to maintain and input financial information with precision.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports to help evaluate company performance and financial position.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring timely and precise billing and payments.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy and financial alignment.
