We are seeking a dedicated Waiter to join our team. As a Junior level position, the role requires a minimum of 1 year's experience in the hospitality industry. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering questions about menu items, specials, and other queries as needed.
  • Take accurate orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff for preparation, ensuring the timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle credit and cash transactions accurately, maintaining accountability for handled resources.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, including tables, service stations, and restrooms as required.
  • Assist in inventory management by noting shortages or additional supplies needed to maintain operations.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe dining environment for our customers.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery and product knowledge.
