Roles and Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist them in their seating arrangements, ensuring immediate attention and comfort.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of service areas, promptly clearing and resetting tables to prepare for incoming guests.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, effectively communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service, ensuring all needs are met and addressing any issues with discretion and efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and setup of dining areas for service, including buffets or special events, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Regularly check on guests and anticipate their needs, offering additional services or information as required to enhance their experience.
  • Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards to ensure a secure and pleasant environment for guests and staff alike.
  • Contribute to a harmonious team environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing feedback to improve service processes.
