Job Overview
We are seeking Housekeeping Associates to join our team at Camilsons Group. This full-time position is suitable for freshers and is based in Canacona, Benaulim, and Navelim. The role requires no prior work experience and emphasizes maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our facilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Attention to Detail (Mandatory skill): Maintain meticulous cleanliness and address even the smallest areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Cleaning Techniques (Mandatory skill): Demonstrate understanding of effective cleaning practices and how to apply them efficiently.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks to complete all housekeeping duties in a timely and organized manner.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of handling physical tasks, such as lifting and bending, without fatigue.
- Organization: Efficiently manage materials and supplies to support effective housekeeping operations.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients politely and professionally to meet their needs and expectations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve common goals and maintain a productive environment.
- Problem Solving: Address and rectify any issues that arise during the cleaning process efficiently and independently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure that all areas, including restrooms and public spaces, meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Identify and report maintenance issues or damages for prompt resolution.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, responding to requests or inquiries.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to organize shifts and ensure no disruptions in service.
- Assist in inventory management, tracking stocks, and placing supply orders as necessary.
