Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Guest Relations Executive to join our team in South Goa. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience to be part of our innovative and diverse group. The candidate will be engaging with our guests to ensure superior service and satisfaction. This is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of at least 4 to 6 years in a guest relations or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent up selling skills to enhance guest services and company revenue (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong ability to welcome guests and ensure they have a pleasant experience (Mandatory skill)
  • Exceptional hospitality skills, focusing on guest satisfaction and comfort (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in Python programming to manage and analyze guest data effectively
  • Experience with data visualization tools to present guest trends and performance metrics clearly
  • Ability to perform data mining to uncover insights and improve guest services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly reception
  • Provide guests with information about the company’s facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Actively up sell services and amenities to enhance the guest experience and drive company revenue
  • Conduct periodic guest satisfaction surveys and resolve any emerging issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of guest interactions and transactions
  • Use Python programming, data mining, and data visualization techniques to analyze guest data and improve service offerings
