The Field Sales Coordinator at Camilsons Group, located in Benaulim, South Goa, and North Goa. This is a full-time role, where the selected candidate will engage in sales strategy planning, customer relationship management, and effective communication. The primary mission is to drive sales success across our range of businesses by supporting the field sales team and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in crafting and implementing effective sales strategies, focusing on achieving targets and driving revenue growth (Mandatory skill).
- Experienced in customer relationship management to foster long-term business partnerships and enhance client satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and ideas, fostering a collaborative environment (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to perform comprehensive market analysis to understand trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Skilled in negotiation to facilitate beneficial agreements and close deals effectively for improved business outcomes.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of duties and responsibilities.
- In-depth product knowledge to effectively promote the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Problem-solving capabilities to address challenges proactively while maintaining productivity and client satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the development of sales strategies to boost business growth and enhance market presence.
- Manage customer relationships, working closely with the sales team to maintain regular interactions with clients.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure clarity and alignment of objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential sales growth opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, ensuring all client-specific requirements are met.
- Negotiate deals and terms with clients, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Analyze sales data and reports to assess performance and develop improvement strategies in collaboration with management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings and deliver personalized solutions to clients.
- Must have a 4 wheeler driving license.
