Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior-level Captain for our establishment located in Navelim. This full-time role involves managing and overseeing service operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise service staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing quick and effective resolutions.
